Tokage Works (www.tokage.works) is a marketing company helping overseas SaaS companies succeed in the Japanese market. Founded by an experienced Japanese marketer, we provide client-focused strategies and hands-on support to deliver measurable results.

We are currently looking for a remote, fully commission-based Outbound Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Collaborate on improving sales strategies

  • Participate in training to enhance sales skills

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills in your market

  • Sales experience or willingness to learn

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

  • Basic knowledge of SaaS and marketing is a plus

  • Fluency in English or Chinese (Japanese not required)

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based

  • Paid after the client’s payment is completed

  • No cap. Earnings directly reflect results
