Company Description
Tokage Works is a Japan-focused marketing partner helping overseas SaaS companies enter the Japanese market. We provide hands-on Japan market entry support including outbound marketing, positioning, and early demand generation.
We are now looking for commission-based sales partners who can introduce overseas SaaS companies and close initial marketing engagements.
This is a commission-based closing role focused on outbound and referrals.
You bring signed clients. Tokage Works delivers all marketing services.
This is not an SDR role and not a delivery role.

Compensation (Contract-Based)
30% commission on initial project contracts
For recurring projects: 30% on first month, plus 10% monthly for up to 12 months
Example:
An USD $8,000 initial project equals USD $2,400 commission.
Recurring contracts can exceed this depending on duration.
Typical initial project size starts from USD $5,000+, depending on scope.
Early-stage projects are expected to close within approximately 4 to 8 weeks, depending on client readiness.
What you will do
Identify overseas SaaS companies interested in Japan expansion
Run sales conversations and close initial marketing projects
Introduce signed clients to Tokage Works
Coordinate handoff after contract signing
You lead sales conversations and closing.
Pricing, proposals, and service scope are prepared and finalized by Tokage Works.
On boarding
One-time onboarding webinar after selection
First 14 days are used for alignment and activity validation (outreach and pipeline creation).
Continuation is reviewed based on engagement and execution.
